Price - Service - Billing - Excellent
Only issue is that their web site is a little cumbersome - fine once you get used to where items are - not intuitive

Website is not user friendly. I have been unable to log in to business account to set up auto pay. It has been very frustrating.

Working with you for several years has been fantastic. I don't think I could have found these prices on my own. You always contact me in a timely manner when my contracts are up for renewal, and always seem to find great prices. Thanks

I wish the pricing at renewal was more competitive.

very small issue, wish the bill would have the units listed in order. Would make my bookkeeping simpler.

If you have commercial and residential addresses, you have to pay them separate in the portal. The text in some of the bills can be very small and difficult to read.

My negotiated rate did not kick in until 3 months after the agreed date. Thus I over payed for 3 months! This matter is being addressed and I expect to be refunded for that time.

Gexa was helpful and the service was good. Bills were staightforward. They did break out showing what was Oncor's part and what was Gexa's part. Gexa is the same as the rest. They quote you a rate without even hinting that Oncor's rate is 33%+ of what the actual electric rate. As I said, this is true for all providers.

I had some problems with a meter reading and could not get Gexa customer service to take over and help. I had to get PUC involved and finally got it resolved, but I did not feel that they helped me get it resolved.

Billings have been unpredictable. They have ranged from a low of $87.68 to a high of $958.02, destroying any ability to budget or any ability to determine if we are saving oney by using them. One billing was never received, and we were threatened with disconnection unless we paid within 48 hours. I had to pay the association bill on my personal credit card to avoid shutting down the common areas. They appear to be a new start-up brokering power with a poorly trained staff and maringally competent billing function. I'm hoping that the billings will stabilize so that I can run the required financial analyses.

Pricing is better than anticipated. Gexa billing system has improved, but still get periodic multiple bills.
