It has been provided to all customers of TriEagle and has been created exclusively for their benefit. Prime Time gives the customers the ability to earn credits. These credits can be applied to monthly invoices. Insights are also provided to the consumers relating to the consumption of their electric usage as well. There exists a problem with electricity that is quite commonly experienced during hot summers. High electricity usage across the grid can effect the overall delivery of the electricity supply. The Prime Time program has been designed to help fight against this particular problem. Customer participation helps to alleviate the overall stress on the main grid. This in turn also provides benefits for the environmental protection movement.

Service was cut off after switch to TriEagle due to some paperwork/administrative error on the company's part. It took me an entire day to get issues resolved and the electricity service turned backed on. Not a good first impression of this company. Don't really expect to renew the contract when it is up for renewal.

It would be nice to be able to talk to someone who does not think they are above being friendly and sociable when there is a problem, it seems that if you have a concern it's the customers fault they become hostile, maybe a lack of training, they need to know that customers are people that gives them a paycheck. TriEagle, like every other electricity service company, is great during the contract period that you're with them. But, once you're contract expires they have no intention of trying to keep you as a customer by offering a reasonable rate comparable to the rate you signed up with. They raise your rate to an excessive amount and cause your to look elsewhere for service. So, I will continue to sign up with someone new at the end of every contract. Customer retention is not their goal.

We went with TriEagle Energy, a year ago, due to their low p/Kwh rate, at the time, compared to all others, but at renewal time, the least costly plan with TriEagle was almost 2 cents p/Kwh higher so we went with another provider with similar rates to what we paid with TriEagle. Other than the costs going up, TriEagle was a good provider and easy to work with.

We put our house on the market so we had to change from month to month, then our bills were outrageously high. Once our house was built, we planned on going back to a contract but after trying to contact Tri-Eagle and being on hold for 30 minutes. My concern is if I had to discuss something and wanted to speak with a person I don't believe I would have every had that opportunity. We had initially been very pleased with Tri Eagle.

The only reason I switched was the rate available to me after my initial contract had expired. I was very satisfied with Tri-Eagle, but when I called to inquire about rates, Reliant offered me a better rate to switch. If Tri-Eagle offered a better rate to me as a repeat customer, I would have gladly stayed with them.
