“Ok so I know most people complain about their energy companies but I’ve been pretty happy. I was paying too much for energy for my one bedroom apartment so I switched. I’ve been saving about $20 a month since I made the switch. I havent had to call so I don’t know how customer service is but its been six months so far so good!!!”

Customer Service Was so Nice!
“I had an outage which was super annoying because it was right in the middle of a work from home day. I called and the customer service lady was so nice. She helped me and even called me back when our call was disconnected. Not used to that from a power company.”
Phone Menu is Annoying
“I just wanted to pay my bill online and whne I couldn’t it took forever to get a hold of someone. I had to press like seven different buttons on the menu just to talk to sosmone so I could pay my bill. Annoying!”
I Like Them But Watch Your Bill
“I locked in a 12 month contract with Brilliant Energy so I could save on my monthly bill. Their kwh prices were pretty good. However, the other day I had a late fee on my bill. I swear it wasn’t late at all. I called and eventually threatened to file a complaint and they eventually credited the fees to my account. A waste of time yes but at least they handled th issue unlike other places!!!”

Staying for a While
“I've switched energy companies a few different times. Every time I switch i get a few months of lower rates and then they go up which is annoying. when my bill was to expire i was surprised that the rate is relatively reasonable still, going to keep with them for another year.”
