We get our bills via Penn Power so I cannot answer #2. I have not contacted customer service so cannot answer #3. Compared to our last energy company, this transaction has been seamless.

Thanks for the wonderful electric rate. With Texas in such a drought condition, we can definitely tell how much higher our bill would be if we had gone with another provider.

Company is elemental. Do not take credit cards on line and diffcult to get help. People are friendly when you get someone.

Would like a way to check bill on line b/c bill has sometimes arrived so late that payment would result in late charge. I am now exchanging emails monthly to obtain bills shortly after he 1st of the month.

Andrew is always very helpful, courteous and efficient. The only idea I could suggest is for him to put in his calendar when my contract expires and email me 30 days prior to look at new contracts.

I am happy to recommend Liberty Power to people and will continue to do so. Their Customer Service has been friendly and professional, always above my expections. After several years with 3-4 providers, we have found the right company.

Until this last month we were completely satisfied, however, after adding an addition building (right in front of the previous building) we were never told we would be charged a connection fee nor was it anywhere in our contract. We received our first bill with a $270 connection fee on it. When we called Liberty Power we were told they couldn't do anything about it ( even though it was never mentioned). At this point I would not recommend them.

In procuring an additional service account in an emergency situation, it was necessary to step outside normal channels for assistance. Customer service saw to it that the proper attention was given to the account and the emergency situation resolved in a timely manner. I was very pleased, overall, with the service received.

The final price for power was a little fuzzy due to adjustments made due to demand variables. The costs were as much as 3 cents more during my lower usage months.
