Rates range from 8.3¢ to 14.8¢/kWh depending on the plan and territory, with an average of 12.1¢/kWh. The lowest rate is currently in the CenterPoint territory. Rates on this page update multiple times daily.
Why do Rhythm rates differ by territory?
Each TDU (Transmission and Distribution Utility) charges different delivery rates that are passed through to your bill. The same Rhythm plan can cost several cents more per kWh in one territory vs. another because of these delivery charge differences.
