I had signed up with a different provider from a referral but the experience was a nightmare! Overcharged with no logical explanation of charges, especially because I was running a minimal amount of electric anyway, I ended up paying a total of $1,307 in four months of service! Worst experience in my life with any utility company. I was referred to ElectricChoice.com by a neighbor and Jesse suggested Green Mountain Electric for my electric service, I have been pleasantly surprised at how fair and reasonable my bills are, I'm content with this company and will continue to be their client for a long time! I appreciate the professional recomendation that Jesse gave me, it definitely helped me find a great electric provider!

Wrong meter was changed. Old provider kept billing us on the old meter, new provider billed the shopping center landlord because of the meter changing issue. This change in providers was confusing and unpleasant.

I have had no problems with the billing from this company or issues with the provision of electricity. Just do not expect to get any help if you call customer service. The times I have called them, I was never able to talk to a person. When I would leave messages sometimes they never even called back.
