Why does the same Pronto Power plan have different prices in different areas?
Texas electricity rates include two components: the provider's energy charge and the TDU's delivery charge. Since each utility territory (Oncor, CenterPoint, AEP Texas, etc.) sets its own delivery rates, the total cost of a Pronto Power plan varies depending on where you live — even though the energy portion stays the same.
What contract lengths does Pronto Power offer?
Pronto Power currently offers fixed-rate plans ranging from 3 to 3 months. Early termination fees apply if you cancel before your contract ends. Current ETFs: 3-month plan: $50; 1-month plan: $50.
